Refund Policy:

Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or a monetary refund, we require clear images of the product showing the defect or damage. Without proof, we will only be able to offer a replacement. If the issue is confirmed and meets our criteria, we will either send out a replacement or issue a refund via your original payment method.

Note: Monetary refunds are only offered for defective or damaged products. All refund requests must be submitted with photographic evidence and within the 7-day window.

Items Lost in Transit

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the shipping times posted on our site. While most orders are delivered within the stated time frame, occasional delays may occur due to factors like customs inspections or other external circumstances. If your order has not arrived and is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement order.

Returns :

We do not offer monetary refunds for returns, except in the case of defective or damaged products as outlined above. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will promptly offer a replacement for any defective items or issues with sizing. Please contact us for assistance with an exchange or replacement.

Exchanges Inside the UAE:

We do offer exchanges (including size exchanges) and returns in the UAE in the following cases:

- If the mistake was on our side (wrong item sent, or the item is damaged/defective due to manufacturing), we will offer an exchange or return free of charge.

- If the customer ordered the wrong size, we can still assist with an exchange (subject to availability). In this case, the customer will be responsible for the delivery/shipping fees for the exchange, as a size chart is provided to help customers choose the correct size before ordering.

Orders Outside the UAE (Including Saudi Arabia):

For all international orders, including those shipped to Saudi Arabia, please note the following Return and Refund Policy:

We do not offer exchanges for orders outside the UAE.

Refunds are only accepted within 7 days of delivery, and only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund:
• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The mistake was on our side.

In these cases, you will receive a full refund. Photo or video proof must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
• You ordered the wrong size, color, or item.
• You changed your mind after receiving the order.
• Any issue caused by customer error.

We kindly ask customers to double-check all order details before placing an order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages :

HudhudThobes.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we will provide confirmation of delivery, including tracking details, shipping carrier information, and the delivery date. We recommend contacting your local carrier or delivery service to investigate further
