Order Cancellation Policy

At HudHud Thobes, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery for our customers. For this reason, if you wish to cancel an order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order will be delivered as scheduled.

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

HudHud Thobes does not offer subscriptions, recurring purchases, memberships, or pre-orders. All products are sold as one-time purchases and are subject to product availability at the time of purchase.

If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer wish to keep the item, any available options will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, stock availability issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, customers will be notified and any payment received will be refunded in full.
